Boss Beauty Booking Policy 

By scheduling an appointment with Boss Beauty, you acknowledge and accept our policies below. 

Policies are put into place to keep us safe and respectful to everyone who enters Boss Beauty.

We love our clients and staff and aim to have wonderful partnerships among each other. 

Please see policy updates below as of 9/30/25. 

BOOKING

Boss Beauty requires a $150 deposit for all PMU (permanent make up) appointments at time of scheduling. This is to secure your scheduled beauty service as these appointments are lengthly. Your $150 deposit will be applied to your balance on day of service.

In the event that you need to reschedule your appointment please call or text us at 781-720-9635 and we will be happy to assist in finding a more suitable time for you.

 

If you cancel your appointment in less than 48 hours, or are a no show for your beauty appointment, your $150 deposit will no longer be applied to your service or refunded. A new deposit (of $150) will be required to reschedule.

 

FLU SEASON  

We understand that unforeseen situations may happen and sickness may arise, however, if you show up to your appointment under the weather, you will be kindly asked to leave and will be charged in full for your service as this is unfair to our staff and other clients.

 

NO CALL / NO SHOW

If you miss your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the total service amount. Rebooking will not be allowed until balance is paid. If it is your first missed appointment, 50% of your service will be charged, but we cannot honor this after more than (1) missed appointment. 

 

Please note that Tuesdays and Sundays ARE NOT business days - we are closed and do not check voicemal/email/texts. For example: if your appointment is on Wednesday please notify us by the previous Saturday.
