Booking Policy

Policies are put into place to keep us safe and respectful to everyone who enters Boss Beauty.

We love our clients and staff and aim to have wonderful partnerships with each other.

CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & NO-CALL, NO-SHOW 

All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of scheduled service time. Failure to notify within the 48hrs will result in a 50% fee of your scheduled service (and rebooking will not be accommodated until fee is paid.)

 

Please understand that both of our time is valuable, and without the allotted time of notice to cancel your appointment we are unable to offer it to other clients who may want it.

BOOKING

Boss Beauty requires a $150 deposit for all PMU (permanent make up) appointments at time of scheduling. This is to secure your scheduled beauty service as these appointments are lengthly. Your $150 deposit will be applied to your balance on day of service. PMU deposit will be forfeited for all no show or cancellations under 48hrs and a new deposit will be required to rebook the service.

FLU SEASON  

We understand that unforeseen situations may happen and sickness may arise, however, if you show up to your appointment under the weather, you will be kindly asked to leave and will be charged in full for your service as this is unfair to our staff and other clients.​

 

Please note that Tuesdays and Sundays are NOT business days - we are closed, and do not check voicemail/email/texts. For example: if your appointment is on Wednesday please notify us by the previous Saturday.
