Boss Beauty was started on the inspiration of a true Boss Woman - Anna Pepe. Grandma Pepe always wore her signature fedora or a flower in her hair and was the first beautician in the Pepe Family. For years she was sought after for hair and cosmetics, but mostly was respected for her class, beauty and confident attitude.
After years of work at different spas and constant training to improve my craft, I opened the doors to Boss Beauty. Since 2016, I have offered my clients top of the line permanent makeup, waxing, lashes, and so much more, including adding our Boss Beauty Esthetics division to offer facial and skincare services since 2021.
​Our team is proud to constantly improve our talents, stay up-to-date on skin care and cosmetic makeup trends, and service our clientele, new and existing. We focus on our own creativity, client satisfaction and a welcoming experience that makes you feel like home.
